Already well-known for its Druid and Dreadnought models, the Canadian brand Forbidden has developed its third bike dedicated to pure DH riding: the Supernought.
Riders like Brook McDonald and Connor Fearon put it to the test during the 2024 World Cups. Available for rental as a Test-Purchase option in our store, this Canadian machine is now available for sale.
With 205mm of travel and a high pivot point, the Supernought is offered in a Mullet configuration (29” front / 27.5” rear). Like other brands, including Norco, Forbidden adjusts the chainstay length based on the frame size, ensuring optimal weight distribution regardless of the rider's build.
Adjustable dropouts allow switching between 27.5” and 29” wheels and fine-tuning the chainstay length to match the terrain or riding style. In terms of geometry, the bike features long chainstays and a relatively low bottom bracket. Thanks to the chainstay extension induced by the high pivot, this bike promises exceptional stability and solid cornering grip!
